Man breaks into his neighbor’s home to defecate and pleasure himself on her balcony

A man was arrested on charges of trespassing after allegedly breaking into his neighbor’s home to pleasure himself and defecate on her balcony, police in Pennsylvania said.

Gilbertsville police said that they have arrested 30-year-old Michael Fitzsimmons on Friday, after being accused of entering his neighbor’s home several times.

According to the police investigation, around 6:30 a.m., the victim woke up and headed to the kitchen. As she entered, she saw an overweight white man who appeared to be 25 years old.

She told him to leave and called the police. The man broke into the house through a kitchen window. Fitzsimmons fled the house.

The victim was home alone with her three young children at the time, and she feared for her safety. Police officers who arrived at the scene, found human excrement on the floor by the stairs.

In addition, police found soiled nappies laying around the property and on trees. Police arrested Fitzsimmons at his home.

The suspect lives near the victim, but they didn’t know each other.

During questioning, Fitzsimmons told the police that he has a problem and needs help. He admitted to defecating on the woman’s property.

He also broke into the woman’s house several times to pleasure himself on the balcony. Fitzsimmons was charged with trespassing, burglary, assault, disorderly conduct and criminal conduct.

He was booked into jail, and his bail was set at $50,000.
