(Scroll down for video) Six Flags Over Texas was slapped with a lawsuit after telling a man that he cannot enter the park because he is missing a leg, according to court documents in Texas.
Larry Panayi told the Dallas federal court that he is an active adult male who lost his leg in a car accident while he was serving in the United States Army.
Panayi said that he has adapted to changes and lives a largely normal life. Panayi sometimes uses a leg brace to move around.
Panayi has trained himself to perform daily tasks so he can live as independently as possible. Panayi enjoys spending times in parks, including the Six Flags Over Texas, which he has visited and enjoyed many times.
The last time he visited Six Flags, Panayi was told to leave. One of the workers told him that he cannot be in the park because of his missing leg.
Panayi was left humiliated, embarrassed and confused.

Man who calls himself ‘Poo’ caught hiding cocaine in his behind

A man who calls himself “Poo” was arrested on a charge of drug possession after allegedly hiding cocaine in his behind, police in North Carolina said.

Salisbury police said that they have arrested 32-year-old Jimmy Lewis Oglesby, after being accused of hiding 13 grams of crack cocaine in his behind.

Oglesby of Sunset Drive, was arrested Tuesday night. Police pulled him over for a traffic violation, and he was found to have a suspended license.

During a search of the vehicle, officers found small amounts of cocaine and marijuana on the floor. Later, they found a plastic bag with 13 grams of cocaine in his behind.

Oglesby was charged with drug possession, maintaining a dwelling for drug use, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

He was booked into jail, and his bail was set at $75,000. Oglesby calls himself “Poo,” police said.

3 men find man raping 14-year-old girl in the woods after hearing screams

Three good Samaritans came to the rescue of a young girl who was being raped by a man, police in Missouri said.

Springfield police were called after the 3 men heard a girl screaming and found the 14-year-old child being raped in a dark path.

The friends were exiting their car at a Greenway Trail near Wilson’s Creek on Thursday night, when they heard the girl screaming for help, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The three friends followed the sounds of the screams using a cellphone as a flashlight until they found the man, who was later identified as 22-year-old Christopher Muller, wearing only his boxers and laying on top of the girl.

The men rushed to the girl’s aid and took Muller off her. They detained him until the police arrived.

Police arrested Muller, and he was charged with a rape or attempted rape and attempted rape of a minor. He is being held in the Greene County Jail on $250,000 bond.

Father kills wife and 2 children before partying with married mistress

Police arrested Stephen Hutcheson, 47, of Alabama, who went out partying with his lover after shooting and killing his family.

Hutcheson is accused of shooting his wife, Doris Jean, 49, his 14-year-old daughter Kimberly, and his son Peyton, 12, while they were sleeping.

Police were searching for Hutcheson for about a week, before he was arrested.

Hutcheson was charged with four counts of capital murder.

Police said that Hutcheson was out drinking and doing drugs with his mistress after killing his family.

Hutcheson’s mistress, who is a married woman, told investigators that she met the man on Friday night, which was the day of the murders and the couple partied for a few days.

The bodies of his family were discovered around 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night, by a family member.

56-year-old man caught pleasuring himself while pleasuring his neighbor’s horse

A man was arrested on a charge of sexual assault of an animal after allegedly pleasuring himself while he pleasured his neighbor’s horse, police in Oregon said.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 56-year-old Glen A. Garbutt, after he caught pleasuring himself with the horse on his property.

According to the police investigation, the owner of the horse called officers after seeing Garbutt pleasuring himself with his animal.

When police officers arrived at the scene, Garbutt was not there. Garbutt was arrested after a police officer spotted him praying at a Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Garbutt ran, but the officer chased after him. Garbutt was Tasered at least three times before he was handcuffed. Garbutt was charged with one count of sexual assault of an animal, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer.

He denied the allegations. Garbutt was booked into the Polk County Jail.

23-year-old woman charged with murder for swallowing abortion pill

(Scroll down for video) A young woman was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly swallowing an abortion pill that ended her pregnancy, police in Georgia said.

Albany police said that they have arrested 23-year-old Kenlissia Jones, after being accused of taking Cytotec to terminate her pregnancy.

She was nearly six months pregnant at the time of the incident.

Jones bought the pill from an online pharmacy based in Canada. Immediately after taking the pill, she felt intense pain and decided to go to a hospital.

According to the police investigation, Jones gave birth in a neighbor’s car on her way to the hospital.

The baby died 30 minutes after arriving at the hospital. Jones was booked into the Dougherty County Jail. Her brother, Rico Riggins, has been granted temporary custody of Jones’ 1-year-old son.

State law prohibits abortions after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Police are looking to arrest a couple on charges of public indecency after they allegedly had sex at a popular tourist destination in front of children, police in Spain said.

Residents and tourists in Valencia, were shocked to see a man pulling a nude woman on a leash before performing sex acts in front of children.

Witnesses at the scene said that a third person was closely following the couple and recording the entire encounter. The incident unfolded outside the historic Serrano Towers.

People at the scene quickly pulled out their mobile phones and began recording as the man performed the sex acts on the woman.

The photos and videos were uploaded on the Internet, where they quickly went viral. One photo showed the man sitting on a stone bench smoking a cigarette while the woman sat like a dog behind him.

Another photo showed the man having sex with the woman while a young child watched. Some people called the police who arrived at the scene to discover that the couple had disappeared.
